Limited Warranty

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

Champion Brands LLC (“CatchMate Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants to the original purchaser that the CatchMate Pro Automated Bullpen Catcher system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, as confirmed by carrier tracking.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship relating to:

• Structural frame components
   
• Netting and attachment systems (excluding normal wear)
   
• Return system components
   
• Electrical or mechanical components manufactured or assembled by CatchMate Pro
   

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period under normal use, CatchMate Pro will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective component
   
• Replace the defective component
   
• Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value
   

Replacement components may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including net wear from repeated ball impact
   
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
   
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper assembly, or improper storage
   
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
   
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions
   
• Use outside intended baseball training purposes
   

• Customer is responsible for shipping components to CatchMate Pro for inspection, if required.
   
• If a warranty claim is approved, CatchMate Pro will cover return shipping of repaired or replacement components within the continental United States.
   
• International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

• Proof of purchase
   
• Description of the issue
   
• Photos or video documentation
   

We will respond within 3 business days with next steps.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CatchMate Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
   
• Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the Product.
   
• Users assume all risk associated with athletic training activities.
   

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by CatchMate Pro and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.

The CatchMate Pro system includes an integrated pitching machine component.

Warranty support for the pitching machine motor and internal components will be evaluated and administered by CatchMate Pro on a case-by-case basis.

Customers must contact CatchMate Pro directly for all warranty and support inquiries. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate course of action in our sole discretion.
